Smut Likes! I like sexytimes. I'm also perfectly happy to get a story that contains no sex at all or fade-to-black scenes. . I'm totally okay with any sex scenes you want to write being written with more generalities and less blow-by-blow anatomical detail. You can focus on the emotions more than the acts or body parts, and I will love it! Here's some relevant info if you'd like to write something explicit:

To clarify on the surprise serious illness, things like referencing canon trauma is fine but someone having a stroke or a life-threatening non-canon disease is a big no. Injuries are different. A character could get shot in something like a hurt/comfort or casefic scenario, things like broken bones, wounds (physical and mental) and even more minor injuries are fine as long as they'll heal.

Also, I just thought I'd put it out there that I'm not crazy about a lot of dirty talk during sex. A little bit is fine, and joking is always fine. A well-placed "fuck me" is also great, (or "fuck him/her" in a threesome or voyeur situation!) but ongoing dirty talk where one person is giving a running commentary of what's happening doesn't do it for me.

I'm also not a big fan of constant "I love you"s and lots of baby and honey and stuff. I'd rather have subtlety than outright declarations about everything. I like characters saying "I love you" and saying sweet things to each other, but a little goes a long way and actions speak louder than words for me. And when it comes to sex, I'm much more concerned with how the characters are feeling about things than what's going where and who's doing what.

Prodigal Son

Malcolm Bright/Edrisa Tanaka

I adore Edrisa, and I think they'd make a really good match if the show would lay off keeping her as a sort of comic relief. Her loyalty to Malcolm made me so happy at the end of the season. I want them to bond over dead bodies and weapons and nerd out together. You can set it at any point.

Prodigal Son-specific DNWs: Referencing Malcolm's canonical trauma is perfectly fine, but please no references to possible sexual abuse such as Malcolm/Martin or Malcolm/Paul Lazar. If you set the story near the end of the season, you can pretend Eve was never a thing or reference their relationship as you please. I don't care either way, but please don't make it a focus point.

Edrisa and Malcolm bond over a crime scene or autopsy and maybe with their heads together peering at a wound or a photo or something, Malcolm turns his face and realizes how easy it would be to kiss her at that moment, and things (whether a romantic bonding moment or more) ensue (in the office, not next to the dead body, because Edrisa has too much respect for the dead, I think).
He invites her over to look at his weapons (or she invites him to look at some medical stuff she's collected or something) and at some point can't believe he's been only looking at her as a colleague all this time.
Edrisa is taken hostage by someone, maybe from a case they're working on, and Malcolm talks him down to save her. Maybe Malcolm's the one who recognizes how shaken she is and invites her home where comforting, comfort sex or thank god you're alive sex can happen (after appropriate non-sexual caring gestures, of course). Maybe she doesn't want to be alone and he doesn't think she should be alone, so he lets her sleep in his bed while he watches over her, and she's restless or having a nightmare so he gets into the bed to hold her. Sex or not, your choice. Let me double stress that I will be just happy with non-sexual romantic and/or shippy things for all of my prompts/fandoms.
Malcolm and Edrisa get trapped together, maybe she needs some comfort so he holds her and they get closer.
Discussion about his father or his childhood, or anything involving his past, leads his hand to shake and him to obviously be disturbed. Edrisa can take his hand to stop his shaking, and things move on from there (or that can be the pinnacle romantic moment, of course!).
Post-series, please let Martin be alive whether he merely survived or the stabbing didn't happen at all (preferable). Edrisa can be there for Malcolm as he deals with all he's just been through. I really like the thought of everybody, especially Edrisa, discovering what happened with the embolism and the near-torture in the cabin, being upset about all he endured and wanting to help him deal with it.

I'd love a casefic or a plottier story that contains shippy elements between them even if that isn't the focus of the story. As long as their feelings are prominent, I'll enjoy it. And any characters showing up would be fine! As with most of my fandoms these days, I love everyone in this bar.

The Tick

Dot Everest/Overkill
Dot Everest/Overkill & Arthur & The Tick & Tinfoil Kevin

I hate so much that The Tick ended when we were heading for so much good stuff between these two. I loved the show so much, but I looked forward to seeing their relationship really develop. Have some shippy prompts, and some sexy prompts if you're looking to write that.

I'd love to see Overkill trying really hard to have a "normal" relationship with Dot. He asks her on their first official date, let's say. What does that look like and how awkward/uncomfortable is he, though he's trying really hard for a traditional evening? Or maybe he takes her somewhere they can shoot targets or throw knives or something and she thinks they're just training but he thinks it's a date.What does romantic look like for each of them? I think there are a lot of great scenarios that could come out of their vastly different worldviews, and Overkill's emotional repression.
I like the idea of Overkill being hesitant to have an actual relationship since he canonically so uncomfortable with being vulnerable, and I would love for him to be vulnerable as things get more intense (and sexual if you want to go there) between them. At a certain point, he can get past that and go all in, and be growly and needy and a bit more aggressive. \o/
A situation where either is hurt and the other comforting them, and things get romantic/sensual and/or sexual.
Him kneeling for any reason, but for giving oral sex or doing anything sexy? YAY
Desperate kissing after defying death and/or saving each other that makes them realize things and leads to more (or not), all good stuff
I also really like the idea of a light touch here. Laughing and having a good time (though maybe mostly Dot, but him feeling the same even if he doesn't show it as much), and their first really romantic or sexual encounter just being a feel-good happy thing, I'm on board with that. I love the idea of Dot drawing him out of his lonewolf cave.
I also really like that he's so strong, but also that Dot is. So the manhandling tag, one just moving the other here and there, very athletic sex, whee.
Maybe Dot takes charge and asks him on an official date, and while he's uncomfortable and a little awkward about it, he obviously wants to be with her, so he agrees.
I really like the idea of one thinking the other has been killed, all the things unsaid and undone and feeling such loss and grief, and the elation on finding them okay being the catalyst for more.
Overkill making his moves after seeing someone else flirting with Dot would be good, too. Pining and jealousy fic as long as feelings are revealed in the end and they're going to be together? I'm good! Dot goes on a date (or he thinks she does) and it makes him absolutely crazy, preferably with an unexpected kiss at some point because he just can't hold back anymore.
Casefic where Dot and Overkill are dealing with their pining and feelings while they help Arthur, Tick (and Tinfoil Kevin if you can get him in there--if not, that's okay) catch the bad guy or figure out a mystery.

I loved everything about these two, but I also loved the show in general. Any characters or plots are welcome as long as they're something obviously brewing between Dot and Overkill.

Officer O'Leary & Officer Kyle Minogue

Officer O'Leary & Officer Kyle Minogue & Constable Parker & Sergeant Maaka

This show is so much fun. I think it's a wonderful spin-off of What We Do in the Shadows, which is one of my favorite movies.

Any kind of paranormal case or everyday interactions between Minogue and O'Leary, or Minogue, O'Leary and Sergeant Maaka would be great. I love their friendship, and really how O'Leary seems to be the lead and Minogue defers to her a lot. And I love how hell can break loose and their reaction is to explain the situation calmly and say "we'd better do something about that, hadn't we?" Any casefic or just casual conversation about anything driving around in the car or in Maaka's office would work for me. If you have fun with them, so will I.

Wellington Paranormal-specific DNW: Please don't make O'Leary being gay a point of comedy, like O'Leary talking about someone she likes and Minogue thinking maybe it's him or that kind of misunderstanding, or Minogue finally getting it and acting disappointed.

After exposure to some paranormal creature Minogue starts to grow a tail or horns some other bizarre thing. I can picture him trying to hide it at first and then revealing it, and O'Leary taking it in stride like, "Oh, well, that's not good, is it? No, it's not. Where will you find pants/a hat to fit? Tricky that," in the way they casually and hilariously deal with the most alarming things on the show. How do they solve the problem, or do they?
They have to use a ouija board or some other device to try to contact someone who's passed on for information about a case? How crazily wrong could that go if they lose track of the letters and decipher the message incorrectly?
One becomes psychic and drives the other crazy by constantly saying what will happen next, but only mundane things. Girl in the coffee shop's wearing purple today, before they get there, but not that someone naked is going to dash in front of their car, or something worth predicting.
One gets possessed and the entity has messages show up on their skin or some other way, and they both keep interpreting the meanings wrong, but somehow fix it anyway. Or the possessed one keeps getting scolded by the others for being rude, pushy, nasty, whatever. O'Leary especially will not put up with that nonsense!
They release a djinn or some other wish-granting entity and between them (whether the two or three of them) get three wishes. Through a comedy of errors or their special brand of simple goodness and incompetence, their wishes aren't going to be a million dollars, world peace and lifelong love. Does Minogue at least end up with a really good meat pie out of the deal?
Minogue or Maaka gets abducted by aliens, and can't convince the others that anything truly amazing/frightening/monumental happened. O'Leary especially keeps finding rational explanations for everything.
Minogue or O'Leary has a girlfriend who turns out to be a monster (preferably inhuman in some way so there's no question that the relationship has to end, haha). How is it revealed and what do they do? Does the creature attack Parker and that's how they figure it out?

Starsky & Hutch

Ken Hutchinson/David Starsky

Another older TV show that I still love so much, and it's all because of the friendship and love between the leads. They're also incredibly phsyically present in each other's personal bubble, so lots and lots of that will make me happy. Captain Dobie and Huggy Bear are welcome to appear, too. Casefic would be great, as would something similar to a peril-for-one episode that the show as so good at doing. Plague, Sweet Revenge, A Coffin for Starsky, etc. One hurt, the other comforting and caring for him, that would be fantastic. Lots of touching, teasing, joking around like in canon would be great, too.

Post show, a story showing Hutch taking care of Starsky after he's discharged from the hospital and helping him recuperate, and that leading to a new relationship, would be great.
S&H having to go undercover would be great, and if they needed cops to play gay to get close to some kingpin or something, it'd be great if they realize feelings while pretending, but I also think it'd be great if only one goes undercover, maybe with a cop who's an expert on the person they're after, and it makes the other one jealous.
That prompt would work without them playing gay, too. One goes undercover with a female cop, and the other is crazy jealous. If the one not part of the couple is also undercover and around to witness the couple stuff, even better.
Any kind of expansion on what we saw on the show, like Starsky having to help Hutch through fighting his addiction after that episode is over, any kind of hurt/comfort and recuperation for either of them would be great.
In the episode where the woman they were both hot for was going to come between them, and she basically offered not to choose and for the three of them to be together, first I loved that they turned her down and walked away with their arms around each other. Maybe that makes them realize things? Or maybe they don't turn her down and give it a try, and find that they end up neglecting her in favor of each other anyway. She could point that out, even.
I'm a big fan of trauma causing nightmares that require help from a partner to get through, and these two have had their share of nightmare-inducing situations. A plague, being poisoned, being shot, being tortured and an intended sacrifice for a CULT--write a post-ep story where the injured party has trouble sleeping, eating, or moving on and lots of comfort from the other.
In any kind of danger situation, the whole "not him, take me instead" thing is fantastic both for the self-sacrifice of it but what it does to the other person. I like a lot of angst, as long as there's a happy ending.
Also a fan of one being tortured to hurt the other in a hostage/kidnapping situation where they're trying to get information about something or just revenge, as long as the hurt one is rescued before it gets too bad. No permanent maiming or anything, just enough hurt to cause massive pain to the other party who's helpless to stop it.
On the lighter side, the staff at Huggy's bar thinks they're a couple, and S&H are surprised by then, and then it starts to make sense. Or they're somewhere meeting new people and someone mildly familiar with them introduces them as a couple, and they go with it to be polite but have to figure out why people think that and what it means.

The Exorcist

I love that Marcus and Tomas are both flawed but strong and fit so well together, as friends and brothers in arms, and in my view the UST screams out of the TV. I do want more than friendship, hence the /, but sex isn't required for me to be all heart-eyes about it. I don't care whether you choose S1 or S2 or go post-canon, with a new take on something that's already happened or a brand new situation altogether.

What I'd like most is to maintain that kind of thing that shows their friendship and devotion, and the more hand-clasping and nape-touching you can get in there, the better. And if you want to get them to sex, by all means, but I think there'd be a desperation and spontaneity to it rather than some planned or negotiated thing.

I'm always up for them saving Bennett post S-2. Lord, somebody save Devon Bennett. But if he's still the longsuffering advisor to them at any point previously, that would also be great. Anything that includes Cherry and Lester Rego, no matter how briefly, would just be fun. I loved their paranoid (but is it paranoid if you're right?) and off-grid mentality and how awesome they were.

Fandom-specific DNW: Don't make god a hero in the story. No divine intervention that saves the day, please. And no Marcus/Tomas/Devon or anybody else.

Prompts for ideas, but feel free to write something else!

Marcus doesn't leave Tomas at the end but stays to help him through what will surely be some post-demon PTSD. Okay, I want there to be post-demon PTSD, not sorry. The hurt/comfort is strong with these two.
I love nightmares and the hurt caused by them especially when there's someone close to by to offer comfort afterward. A dream or series of them where first-season dark Marcus is whispering things in Tomas' ear would be good, too. Or possessed-Marcus does it when awake, and it can lead to some sort of seduction or not, dubconny in the no-no-yes vein or not (but no non-con). How would they deal with it afterward? Even a situation where it almost happens but doesn't is ripe for some great introspection and character/relationship stuff.
I really like the idea of one or the other having those intense dreams where the other menaces them in the sexiest of ways, and each night the dreams escalate, and they start to have trouble separating reality from their dreams when they wake up so they might do or say things that would not be forward with the dream other but are unexpected in real life, and the one not affected has to suss out what's going on.
If god could convince Marcus that loving someone and expressing that through sex wouldn't make him less an exorcist, that'd be really great. Tomas might point out that he'd know if that were evil with his newfound skills and all.
Just about anything--post-exorcism conversation and comfort (I loved the bar scene at the end of season 1), navigating each other's spaces, a story about something they did together between S1 and S2, investigating the church.
Any hurt/comfort scenario, expansion on any episode from either season, or any situation where one or the other is possessed and fighting it to keep from hurting the other and has to be exorcised. I truly love that stuff.
A lighter story that involves Marcus teaching Tomas his ways, maybe with Tomas messing up quite a lot, and them not entirely exhausted all the time or in danger would be great, too. As long as there's obvious shippy affection between them, even if they're both fighting it, and lots of touching and standing far too close together, I'm down.
I love Devon Bennett and his relationship to both of them. His relationship with Marcus especially is so affectionate he can't even hide it when he's furious or exasperated. More of that.(And honestly, I like him yelling at Marcus, so if you write him, let him give a good righteous well-earned holler at Marcus least once.)
An episode-like plot where they have to exorcise someone and Bennett is there to help would be fantastic.
Maybe post-show Marcus never leaves or goes back to Tomas (with or without Mouse) and together they find Bennett and save him. I know he's integrated but maybe he can be an exception and get saved. It can be done! I like the idea that in the course of an exorcism lots of Bennett's past with Marcus comes out and gets used against them like things said in anger or the demon trying to convince Marcus and Tomas things that aren't true like how Bennett feels about them or him sabotaging them with the church or something. It would also be difficult for Bennett because he has the memory of killing at least one person we know of in the hospital.
Maybe Bennett, possessed and fighting it enough to function somewhat normally most of the time, joins them to help with something while they figure out how to save him from integration.
Maybe pre-s2 ending Bennett's there to help save one of them, whether through an exorcism or some other scenario, like one kidnapped by the demonically possessed or trapped in a situation like the showdown with the demon inside Angela Rance. Any hurt scenario really, supernatural or not.
Or either Tomas or Marcus hurt and in the hospital--I'm amazed most of the show wasn't one of them recuperating in a hospital bed, frankly--and Bennett is there comforting the other while they wait and just being a good friend (I love him, so anything he's in will be great).
I also chose all of them with Mouse as a tag. I love Mouse, but much like the show, I don't always know where to put her or what to do with her. If you want her around to help save Bennett, or help after the last episode or even sometime prior, I'm all for it.
I would love an in-canon story with Marcus/Tomas at its heart with at least cameos by Cherry and Lester, but them figuring in more prominently would be great, too. You can just handwave their deaths and have them show up anytime, find by me. Maybe our guys have to save them, or maybe they play a part in an exorcism or something Marcus and Tomas are investigating.

Any season, any scenario and any character you might want to toss in are fine with me!

Wolfgang Bogdanow/Kala Dandekar/Rajan Rasal
Wolfgang Bogdanow/Rajan Rasal

Wolfgang/Kala/Rajan is my ultimate OT3, and I will be happy with either the three of them or just Wolfgang/Rajan as long as Kala isn't erased and it's obvious she would be fine with them being together alone. (I think she would encourage it, personally, so it makes sense to me.) Basically, I'd really like to see Rajan just destroyed, in the best of ways, by Wolfgang or both of them.

I love the way both men adapted so quickly to the idea of being in this relationship together, but especially Rajan's surprised delight at it all, and how passionate he and Wolfgang were with each other. They just fit so perfectly together in the end, and it makes me so happy.

Some prompts are for sex scenarios and some aren't. I don't need sex to enjoy the story, but here are ideas if you want to write it!

Wolfgang/Rajan

I like the idea that while they're alone together, they'e decided to surprise Kala, maybe by cooking a nice dinner or doing something they think she'll enjoy, and in the process of having fun together while doing this, Wolfgang instigates things between them, flirty touches and teasing. If they end up having sex, fantastic, but it's not necessary for me to enjoy the story.
If you want to write something sexy, though, I really like the idea of Rajan being completely overwhelmed at how amazing everything is and how a few innocent touches from Wolfgang can make him react.
Maybe Kala leaves them alone with the intent that they're together without her, because Rajan is nervous about that prospect (but enthusiastic and willing), and Wolfgang helps him overcome any hesitation. This can be sexual or just opening up to each other. Affection of any kind is great.
Wolfgang and Rajan wake up in bed together, with Wolfgang curled against Rajan's back, with Kala already up and in another part of the house. It can be just flirty and sexy, or one thing can lead to another.

Wolfgang/Kala/Rajan

The last prompt would be good for that if Kala merely got up to get a drink or use the bathroom, and when she comes back Wolfgang and Rajan are already doing things without her. She joins in, pretty much however you want her to.
The voyeur tags are mostly for Kala, because I like any scenario where she is there or not there but communicating with and through Wolfgang and taking part in that way, and basically instructing them on what to do. Telling Wolfgang (in person or not) to kiss Rajan, to touch him, etc. and/or telling Rajan what to do and being obviously turned on by it. I think that if she's there, whether she's touching them or just nearby, that would blow Rajan's mind to have her taking the lead like that and making suggestions to them.
I also like the idea of Wolfgang being the voyeur and doing that, either there and speaking to them or not there and speaking to Kala/touching Rajan through her. If either of them is absent, I'd like them to be satisfied by it, too. And if they're present, let them join in at the last or be obviously satisfied.
Sex in a bath or shower. Kala's washing her hair or showering, Wolfgang knows because of their connection and goes to help her, making bringing Rajan with him so that they end up washing her hair, which leads to all of them doing each other's and goes from there. Or just Wolfgang or Rajan are showering or shaving or something, and one joins the other. Soaping and washing each other, and hairwashing as foreplay, is something I really like, especially with beautiful long hair like Kala's.
All of them cooking together or doing any kind of project where they're having fun and bonding, and it ends up in sex, or not.
Rajan in the middle between Kala and Wolfgang overwhelmed by the pleasure of the things they're doing to him. I just love the idea of that so much. Whether it's Wolfgang inside him and Kala giving him a blowjob at the same time, both of them kissing him all over, handjob, whatever, as long as they're both focused on Rajan, whee!
I also really like the idea of dealing realistically with the trauma of Wolfgang having been kidnapped and tortured (and what Kala went through fearing for him) and Kala nearly dying (and what Wolfgang AND Rajan went through. If they treat her a little too precious as if he's too fragile for a while because of their fear and trauma, that's okay by me.
Wolfgang or Kala dealing with their own trauma at what happened to them specifically would be good, too, as long as the use the other two to help them. Though I can see Wolfgang trying to handle everything on his own at first, but don't let him!

The Terror

I love the friendships that were there before the show and that form during, and I love the canon Peglar/Bridgens with all my heart. I also adore Goodsir/Silna and have come around to Crozier/Fitzjames while I've also developed a love for the idea of something more intimate than mere friendship between Blanky and Crozier, though I love them as absolutely platonic friends as much, too.

I'd prefer the story not focus on death but the lives beforehand. You don't have to completely avoid it since it's canon they all die, obviously, but I'd really rather roll in the moments before that as much as possible.

For Henry/John, I'm not looking for anything kinky or even necessarily smut of any kind, but I'm open to it. I love porn with feelings.

I love Bridgens' eye tattoo and that Henry drew it in his journal. Tattoo touching, kissing, fussing over, love that. Was Henry there when he got it? What did it mean to them if anything?
What else did John read in Peglar's journal? Something about him more directly? Another metaphor about something Peglar loved that was clearly him. A moment when Bridgens waxed poetic to him about the open sea or a conversation that led him to feel the poem was about him more than anything.
I'm also curious if Bridgens has a journal and what might be written inside it about Peglar, metaphorically or otherwise.
I really like the quiet but sweet idea of Bridgens, in the process of teaching Peglar to read (I've read the novel now so feel free to incorporate that), uses love poetry or writings about love when he's having Peglar read aloud to help him sound things out and such. Or firmly in TV show canon, he gives him a book of such writings to say things he doesn't say out loud.
The hug after the carnivale was so beautiful, the way Peglar was scanning the crowd for Bridgens, and then Bridgens beelines to him and just grabs him desperately. More of that. Any situation where they can hug, handclasp, touch that's imbued with meaning. Or just another look at any of their scenes inside one of their heads. What were one or both thinking while searching for the other? What did Bridgens write or think when Peglar was sent to scout and sent the comedy with him?
Crozier trusts Blanky so much and is so destroyed when he sees his leg. They have such a history, and I'd love to see moments from that. It can be slashy or just platonic, I'm open. How much advice has Blanky given him about things, like Sophia, Franklin, his drinking, ,anything else about his life? I'd love if Crozier often asked him for advice and got a wise earful or two.
Any story about a previous voyage they were on or adventures on dry land, too. Missing scenes where they talked about him losing his leg (and maybe Crozier's guilt about it), how they should have gone left and not right, what their plans are going forward.
I like all the what-ifs with Goodsir/Silna. Missing scenes or parts of scenes, like what else might have happened when he was breaking down and Silna crawled under the blankets with him (and it doesn't have to be sex, but I'm open to that too).
What if she had come back with or without the Tuunbaq and rescued him before he poisoned himself?
What if some kind of Netsilik magic could have saved him even after death. (And if you've read the book and know what happened feel free to go full supernatural as the book did for whatever you want to do.)
What if he had been able to save her father, and they had stayed on the ship together for a while, how would their relationship have changed?
I love a slow burn for Crozier/Fitzjames. I would love conversations, bonding, hell, fighting as long as it's resolved well, camaraderie, and especially one saving the other whether it's from the cold, the Tuunbaq or madness in general.
I kind of like the idea of the Tuunbaq sensing Crozier is the authority and targeting him and Fitzjames finding ways to protect him like he couldn't protect Franklin. Feel free to throw in any characters in just about any type of story as long as there are growing feelings between them or the other pairings I've listed.
Any scenario where there can be spontaneous and angry kissing would be good. Arguing that leads to kissing to shut the other person up and because you can't wait another second anyway.
And look, it's cold and lonely on the ice. All the touching and bedsharing and rubbing cold limbs (even platonically, I promise I do not care) to keep each other from freezing is a certified very good thing. Huddling for warmth is a favorite trope of my many favorite tropes. Canon diverge all you want to make that happen for the ones it didn't happen for, or add onto a scene/missing scene it. (It's even canon with Harry/Silna already, so go wild.)

What We Do in the Shadows

Guillermo de la Cruz/Nandor the Relentless

I love this show head to toe, so any characters can show up and I'll love that, but I especially love Nandor and Guillermo. Nandor's journey from eh, he's just a familiar, I don't really need him to being miserable without Guillermo is the kind of thing I love. (I've copied my MFD prompts over for now, but I have some older ones I'll paste in shortly.)

Nandor protects Guillermo from another vampire or outside threat (maybe a vampire shows up to take Guillermo because of all the vampires he killed, and Nandor attacks and kills that vampire. Guillermo could be in the room, or he could be secretly watching and when he asks who was at the door Nandor lies or something he'd see as sweet)
Nandor does something nice for Guillermo without being asked (picks him up to take him flying, or gives him a nice meal or a day off or something) and Guillermo's moved by it
Nandor tries to show affection and fails in a funny way, but Guillermo gets what he was trying to do
Guillermo protects Nandor, and Nandor really notices and has feelings
Guillermo is hurt, maybe he got an injury or two saving Nandor and the rest, and Nandor fusses over him in a hurt/comfort scenario, or Nandor is hurt protecting him, and the same.

The Trollenberg Terror

Alan Brooks/Philip Truscott

I doubt the writer or filmmaker intended Philip to look like he was flirting his ass off from the moment he met Alan or appear so drawn to him, but that's how it turned out anyway, and I am there for it. I don't mind any other characters showing up, and if you write them in a situation where they could save Dewhurst or Klein, that's certainly welcome. I really love Professor Crevett. I like the Pilgrim sisters, but think they're so codependent they wouldn't pair up with anybody but themselves in the film. They're welcome to appear, though!

Any missing scene with Philip and Alan would great, or canon divergences that put them alone, either before, during or after the aliens attacked in the end of the film. Flirting, banter and conversation, and UST (and maybe a first kiss or some other outward display of affection) would be the bomb. For prompts, how about a moment when:

we get Philip's POV while he's waiting for Alan to come back with the missing child so they can go up in the cable car. He's helping to comfort the mother, but if he's privately considering sending the car up and going to find Alan, afraid for him, worried, that kind of thing, I'd love it, particularly the relief he feels when Alan shows up.

Philip has a nightmare about being choked to death like he almost was and wakes up screaming. Alan runs from his room to see what's going on and insists on staying with him. Or Alan can wake screaming from a nightmare of not being able to get Philip away from the alien that had him, and Philip rushes into his room to see what's the matter. Lovely h/c scenario, imo!

The Last Days of Pompeii

For reimagining the ending and/or writing post-canon, I'd love some Sporus lives fic! Either Lydon rescues him after his "I did love you" confession, or Sporus isn't gravely wounded and they escape together, or they escape separately and find each other later. (But if you're writing Ione/Glaucus/Nydia or Lydon/Glaucus post-canon, Sporus can have died as he did in canon and/or never be referenced at all one way or another.)

One of my favorite things in the series is when Nydia, inches from the safety of Glaucus' ship, finally realizes she loves Lydon and can't go on without him. She's stumbling through the crowd, exhausted and carrying poor Chloe's baby, crying out his name and bam he's got his arms around her. Oh, that's a favorite moment of mine made all the more wonderful in the midst of so many other characters I was rooting for meeting a terrible end. It's a music-swell, misty-eyed, heart-leap kind of moment.

I would love a moment kind of like that when Sporus and Lydon find each other, either in the panicked crowd or later during a calmer moment. Maybe one just grabs the other into a hug without even a word, necessarily, just a desperate embrace of someone they thought was lost. (If you've seen the Terror, the moment when Bridgens and Peglar are searching for each other post-carnivale fire and Bridgens sees him, makes a beeline and just squeezes the stuffing out of him is also a favorite moment of mine. <3 I love stuff like that, so much.)

For Lydon/Nydia/Sporus, I like basically the same things but with Nydia experiencing a softening toward Sporus or some kind of awakening, even if it's hard at first. Sporus going from jealousy to affection is a favorite theme. I would even like Lydon a little jealous of them at first when he sees them warming toward each other a little more than he'd expected, then realizing how wonderful it is. Basically all the threesome emotions that would be there without a volcano made even more intense by the tragedy.

Maybe instead of having to kill Gar, Sporus is ordered to spare him and Gar escapes, too. Maybe having seen the error of his ways, he tries his best to get back into Lydon's favor and that lets Sporus continue to act like a jealous sod (and if Lydon's with Nydia, he'll be doubly jealous) until Lydon has to convince him he doesn't have any reason to be jealous.

I also kind of like the idea of things going differently. Sporus lets Gar win, thinking it somehow a fitting end for himself after everything, or the ground rumbles just enough that he's thrown down but the crowd doesn't run, and when the senator gives a thumbs up to spare Sporus, Gar tries to kill him anyway but Sporus fights back, and maybe that's when Vesuvius explodes. Lydon looking on in horror (and ready to intervene) while waiting to see what's going to happen would be pretty awesome.

Or maybe he gets a thumbs-down and when Gar goes in for the kill, Lydon stops him and has to kill him in the end, breaking protocol and risking who knows what kind of consequence, but before anything else happens, Vesuvius erupts.

I like the idea of the scene of Gar and Sporus fighting happening earlier before the eruption by days or weeks. In that scenario, I'm fond of the idea that Lydon's in the arena but his fight is over. Sporus is thrown down by a tremor, when given the thumbs up to survive, Gar's so full of anger and hatred he tries to impale him anyway, but between Sporus struggling with him and Lydon intervening, Lydon has to kill Gar. I think afterward, Sporus seeing that Lydon would do that for him and Lydon feeling bad about it (though not regretting helping Sporus) would make for some interesting stuff when they don't have to run for their lives.

Any kind of Lydon/Sporus getting together scenario set before, during or after the series is welcome. There are massages and baths and wound-tending, and I'm good with something more, even if it's only a hint at feelings or a kiss, coming out of those things.

Glaucus/Lydon comes from that scene of Glaucus showing Lydon wrestling moves and their scene in the arena near the end when Glaucus won't fight and Lydon doesn't want to kill him. Wow, there's great tension between those two. Conversation, wrestling, Glaucus not being killed for any other reason than Vesuvius so he's there free afterward where they can admire each other's nobility in peace a bit . . . honestly anything.

Maybe Lydon's so irritated that Nydia's pining after a man who's obviously got eyes for Ione that he's pissed at Glaucus for not loving her back. Angry words leading to a kiss (and more if you want) where Lydon expresses his passion for Nydia with Glaucus sort of by proxy and understands even more why Nydia's so taken with him. Hell, I didn't request it, but Glaucus/Nydia/Lydon sounds fantastic to me, too.

For Ione/Glaucus/Nydia, it can be set anytime before or after the eruption. Maybe Glaucus gets freed well before Vesuvius blows and Nydia's guilt at what she did makes her even more attentive to both of them. She could confess to Glaucus too, and of course he'll forgive her eventually, and everybody basically starts to see everybody else's charms.

Or unable to have Glaucus' love, or so she thinks, Nydia can't help but fall for the object of his affections, and when Glaucus' sees them together (can be sexually or just talking and laughing with each other) he realizes he has feelings for Nydia, too.

Please remember that for any of my requests, if you don't want to write sex, ship away without it. Sexual tension is mighty fine! If you write something that showcases the unique dynamics between the characters and it's shippy at all, I'll be excited to read it.
