I used the spreadsheet and somehow messed it up at some point so that some tags stuck in the optional tags box. I didn't realize that until it was too late to fix it. It looks like I'm a huge fan of 'underground resistance' for instance. If a tag really doesn't seem to fit a fandom or request, it was probably an accident. Not too worried about it, but I thought I'd point it out!

I've tried to quickly sum up what I'd love and name a few things I think would fit a shorter length work. The rest are prompts copied from old letters in case you want some inspiration, but don't feel like you have to write one specifically or anything. And if a prompt seems to reference a different exchange/freeform, please forgive the sloppy copy/pasting.

I didn't have the time or patience to choose every possible tag I might enjoy, and the longer my sign-up got, the less patience I had for it. Any tags that don't hit a broader DNW are fine.

Scanners

Darryl Revok/Cameron Vale

I want Darryl to actually care about his brother, not just see him as a means to an end or a tool. I think that actually fits canon, even though he was going to kill him in the end (or absorb him at least). I want Darryl to want Cam to want to stay with him, and he can be as manipulative and as fucked-up about that desire as someone like Darryl would be. I see him as someone wounded early on through no fault of his own who chose the dark side out of what he felt was necessity and his best option (and wanting revenge is fine too).

I'll enjoy a story of any rating ranging from Darryl's POV about himself and Cameron now that he's there all the way to an explicit sex scene. I'm also good with dubious consent where Darryl controls much of things, including being inside Cam's head and manipulating him that way, to actual tenderness and caring (particularly if Cam decides he's going to try to help his brother see another way and develops some feelings).

I don't think Darryl would have guilt about incest - he'd probably see them as two gods among men doing what they want - but it's fine to have Cameron feel guilt for any feelings or acts between them, as long as it's not going to stop him (in the story or implied for later). Darryl being touch-starved and then overwhelmed when his brother gives in to him or shows some tenderness would be great too.

I know the only scene with these two together is the short, penultimate scene, but the whole scanner/mind control premise of the movie and these two together for a few minutes was all it took.

All the things Darryl says to him and his easy intrusion into Cameron's personal space are so great. He's been counting on Cameron for years, and his sincerity in wanting him to understand really works for me, even though he's obviously got a hair-trigger and is a bit unhinged (I like that in a character, apparently).

"Everything you are is going to become me. You're going to be with me, Cam, no matter what. After all, brothers should be close, don't you think?"

I mean *gestures at that dialogue* . . . *gestures again*. What's not to love? How am I supposed to resist that?

Revok's a dark guy, it's not hard to see why, and I really like that aspect of him. He can do so much with his mind and isn't bothered by things like boundaries. Hello there, nice to meet you, Mr. Tortured Villain. Come in and sit a spell.

Prompts:

Okay, that scene. Darryl is no dummy, and he has the ability to get into people's minds. You can't convince me he didn't notice Chekhov's paperweight while Cameron was fondling it with no idea that it was going to go off. Did he merely want to give his brother every opportunity to change his mind? Did he think he'd be able to convince him and it wouldn't happen? He could not have been surprised by that. Feel free to change it so that the blow doesn't happen and/or explore Darryl's thoughts about it.
An idea I really like is a story diverging from the ending, with Darryl managing to subdue Cameron and not kill him despite his threats to do so. He was just angry, right? Maybe once he gets into Cameron's mind a little he calms down and just decides to control him instead of killing him. I want Darryl to genuinely want to win Cameron over to his cause (and other things) because he needs Cameron to care about him in the same way. He wants them to be brothers-in-arms.
Once he has control of Cameron and they both know he's stronger and could kill him easily if he wanted, he can threaten to kill Kim to get Cam's compliance, or he can let her go to keep Cameron there. I'd rather he didn't kill or hurt her, but I'm not married to what actually happens beyond that.
I really like the idea of Darryl making it clear that he could make Cameron do anything he wanted like a puppet on a string, but he wants Cameron to want to be there helping him. And at some point he wants Cameron to want him, and forcing sex wouldn't be the same. Maybe he'd go as far as angrily kissing him like he's going to go farther, a little groping, make Cameron think he’s going to, and stop because he really does want Cameron to want him at least a little. And I’m okay with a seriously dubcon scene as long as he knows Cam does actually want what’s happening, even if he doesn’t want it at the same time.
I would enjoy sex between them, whether physical or mental or both, but it's not required for me to enjoy the story. The pining and fucked-upness of the mind control aspect, and Cameron maybe starting to give in a little and feel something, would be enough. But I do also really like the idea of Darryl at least being handsy with him (touching his hair when he's got a Scanner headache, the neck massage tag, etc. ).
Darryl trying to show Cameron how great they'd be together by putting images of them having passionate sex into Cameron's mind sounds delicious. This would also be great in a different first meeting AU where he seduces Cameron telepathically, and later Cam finds out they're brothers, like in that last scene.
I really like the idea of him using his Scanner power to make Cameron come untouched as if he's showing him what he can do and trying to seduce him and show his power and dominance (and Cameron not being happy about it at first and then liking it, even if he hates that he does).
Darryl's scar in the middle of his forehead is a great place for a surprisingly tender kiss (even if it's Darryl imagining it and sending it to Cameron and accidentally revealing how much he just wants to be cared for). Or it can happen after Cam has come around to caring about him even if just a tiny bit.
Cameron could be the one touching Darryl's hair at some point as he stops being resistant. I also like the idea that he pretends to be more controlled than he is because he wants to try to convince Darryl that they should forge a different path and be heroes rather than villains with their powers or something.
Cameron realizing Darryl wants him as more than a brother and using that to seduce him to try to gain an advantage but ending up with feelings is a great scenario, too. Especially if he tells himself he's only getting down with his brother to protect himself or Kim or humanity but he also knows he wants it too.
He had to feel quite a lot when he realized that was his brother in the old patient footage after Darryl tried to drill the hole in his head. I'd like to think Cameron might try to save him and bring him around from the dark side, and if not, stay there to try to sabotage the worst of his plans from the inside, but wanting to protect him, too.
I'd also enjoy a canon divergence where Darryl found Cameron before Dr. Ruth and took him in, taught him what he was and how to control it, and slowly revealed all the relevant information whether he was using mind control for other things or not.
I'd prefer an ending that's nothing like the movie death, but it doesn't have to be hearts and flowers, either. I don't want total bleakness or hopelessness, but dubious feelings and/or confusion all the way up to relative happiness are okay. If some ideas like those are too plotty, don't worry! Any encounter between them works for me as long as there’s at least some kind of sexual tension, and more than that is great, too.
I like the idea of Darryl watching Cameron earlier in the movie and putting ideas in his head like making him imagine passionate sex and pleasure with Darryl as the person making love to him, or making him come from afar while Darryl imagines the day they'll be together as brothers and more. Damn near anything sexy between the two at any point is something I want to read.
I like the idea that in the end (or at any point), Cameron suffers a mindbreak and Darryl cares for him and helps him recover. I just figure if he caused it, unintentionally while trying to absorb him at the end, even better. It gives him something to make up for.
Amnesia in Cameron at any point during the film or after the end when Darryl wins could be great. If Darryl takes care of him after, he could lie about all kinds of things to get Cameron on his side, and in his bed. When Cameron remembers who they are, he can be horrified at first as long as he's starting to come around to it eventually.

There are so many possibilities, and just about any interaction with any one of the tags I chose would be great.

Re-Animator

Daniel Cain/Herbert West

I firmly believe that Herbert doesn’t really care about people as much as he cares about defeating death and reaching his goals. He doesn’t care about individual people at all, except Dan. Dan’s the one living person Herbert does give a damn about, and that’s one of the things that makes their relationship so great, IMO.

One of my favorite moments is in Bride of Re-Animator when Dan presents Herbert with their creation. He’s awed and approaches them, and the first thing he does is grab Dan’s hand in a definitive squeeze. “We did it,” he says, giving Dan an equal part in their achievement and making a point of that. Dan’s holding her hand, and soon enough Herbert touches her specifically, but his first instinct was to squeeze Dan’s hand. And the whole shot is just that.

More of that kind of thing will make me happy in a story of any rating. Don't keep them apart, and don't have either die permanently or come back a drooling zombie, but temporary death is okay.

I DNW setting change AUs in general, but for this one, some kind of vampire AU where the reagent causes Herbert to become like a vampire and need to bite Dan (or do other things), or a zombie AU where they're fighting a zombie apocalypse (that Herbert might or might not have caused) would be fun. Herbert trying to save the world with a cure while Dan's by his side helping or something like that.

I also think a They Live! AU would be fun with Herbert and Dan discovering that with special glasses or a drug or something Herbert creates they can see evil aliens (or it could be anything) that no one else can see walking among us and manipulating humanity. In the same vein, a From Beyond AU would be neat too, where Herbert makes some breakthrough and can sometimes see eldritch horror creatures among us (who at the same time can see him and attack while he's visible).

I'd prefer it if you steer clear of the third film without Dan unless it's a fix-it where Dan was forced to testify to protect him and he's only in for a couple of years before Dan manages to get him out again, or he breaks out (how it happened in canon is fine) and discovers Dan didn't really betray him after all. Something like post-canon where he shows up at Dan's door or Dan finds him so both are in it rather than it mostly focusing on Herbert getting out.

Some ideas I really like:

Dan's face when Herbert starts insulting Hill after they've just met is amazing. Just watch his face when Halsey's trying to smooth it over while they're all standing there. It's like 'wow this guy is arrogant' and the way he looks down with this little shocked expression, seeming almost impressed. And then Herbert looks directly at Dan and their gazes lock while Halsey's talking to Hill. It's such a great moment. We can't really see Herbert's expression, but he seems to be staring intently in Herbert's typical resting 'fuck you' face whenever Hill's in the room. Honestly, it could be read as Bruce Abbott on the verge of smiling or laughing and ruining the take but managing to hang on in the end, but I like to see what passes over Dan's face while he and Herbert are staring at each other as an "oh no he's hot" moment. You can explore that as such a moment, or if not, show what he was thinking.
It's a similar thing when they're in class and Herbert's snapping pencils. Watching Dan watch him is such a delight. And when Meg's complaining about Herbert and Dan admits he's a little cracked with a strange look on his face, and you can hear the implied "but I don't mind" or even "but I like it so it's okay." I'll enjoy anything dealing with Dan coming to terms with his sudden interest in an arrogant, slightly cracked Herbert
I'm always down for one of them discovering he died and was brought back with (an obviously more refined) reagent and all the emotions and fallout from that.
A fix-it for the third film. Preferably a short time span than 13 years, maybe just a year or so, and Herbert gets out of prison, either through a technicality or an escape. He goes to find Dan, not for revenge or anything, but maybe for help (if he escaped) or just to get some answers about why he betrayed him. But it turns out Dan only turned state’s evidence to prevent the government or some other villain from killing Herbert or worse and he hasn’t been able to contact him. Maybe Dan breaks him out and explains, even. As long as they get back together.
Or maybe Carl Hill’s head got regenerated yet again and he bat-winged his way to Dan and hypnotized him to do it, and Dan’s been under his control for the whole time while Hill’s been trying to get him to reproduce the reagent or do his bidding while he’s working on it. I’m okay with it if he took other liberties with Dan too, giving Herbert even more reason to kill him again, but just controlling his mind and making him betray Herbert would be plenty. The aftermath of Dan getting free of that control and Herbert helping him through it would be amazing.
If you can think of some other reason for an unwilling betrayal, I’m sure that’d be great, too. I’m after Herbert’s alarm when he discovers that Dan didn’t want to betray him and has been in a prison of his own the whole time, even if it’s just one of guilt.
Any situation where Dan carries Herbert – to bed because he’s collapsing with exhaustion; to a room where he can help him inject reagent; because he’s rescued him from someone or somewhere and he’s injured; because he’s been attacked by one of his creations. Any reason at all. I just love the caretaking.
The focus on their hands and hand-touching/clasping in the films sends me. So that will obviously make me happy. I also really like the idea of Herbert’s hands being injured somehow (nothing that won’t heal). Maybe involuntary spasms for a while could lead Dan to help him eat or get dressed. I think he’d handle his basic hygiene on his own even if it hurt, he’s clever enough, but helping him bathe wouldn’t be out of the question, or helping him work.
Herbert’s line about Dan thinking with his big head and not his little head stands out. He was so jealous of every woman who looked Dan’s way, but I’d like to see him and Dan both realize that as long as Dan’s thinking about him, Herbert’s fine with his little head doing some thinking. It can even be a revelation to Herbert, realizing how much he really does want Dan. Dan realizing that Herbert never touches anybody but him could be a result or the catalyst. Herbert doesn’t even like to shake people’s hands, wouldn’t even touch Dan the first time they met, then quickly couldn’t stop touching him every whipstitch. I love that.
If Herbert creates a new reagent, while trying to keep people from coming back crazed and wrong, and tests it on himself, and it turns out to serve as some kind of sex pollen, that would be a-okay. Especially if he’s really suffering and determined not to push himself on Dan, so Dan has to take charge to make sure he’s okay. Alternately, Dan can be the one accidentally dosed somehow, maybe a spill or something that absorbs through his skin, and Herbert has to take care of him.

Look, I love everything about this show. Just thinking of the name of it makes me smile, so I'd love something in the same general tone.

All I really ask is that if you focus the story on Alison, Mike or both of them, you also include at least one ghost. The Captain is my favorite, so anything with him is a win, but I'll also love a story about or with only one of the other ghosts or a story without The Captain in it at all. In that regard, you really can't go wrong. I'm easy!

I love Captain's friendships with each character, especially Kitty, Pat, Julian and Fanny. I do ship him with Pat, and I like the idea of him and Julian mostly for breaking down his walls, and I love his feelings for Havers, and the potential of him being attracted to various men who come in the house, one-sided as that has to be. But canon-typical friendship exploits without even a hint of more for anyone is perfectly fine too!

I ship Thomas/Kitty a lot, so anything leaning that way is great. I also ship Fanny/Humphrey, and Robin/Mary (the two ships that were canon, as far as I know). But again, totally happy with friendship and found family fic for this one! And for ensembles, I think it's hilarious when Alison's trying to appear normal to other live humans and has a hard time dealing because of the ghosts causing a ruckus. I also love that Mike can't see them and how some keep helping/not helping him behind the scenes.

Quick ideas: Robin's and the moon, Fanny and animals, Mary giving Alison cooking advice, The Captain arguing with a war documentary, Kitty watching "Dirty Dancing,", Humphrey actually carrying his own head, Julian talking conspiracy theories or politics (ignore my DNW in this case), Thomas reciting great or bad poems, Mike finding a way to communicate when Alison's not there, Alison getting messages mixed up.

Some prompts:

I adore The Captain's friendship and kinship with Pat. I am happy with friendship or deeper feelings starting to show themselves. I just love how they interact on the show. Give them a secret Morse Code in-joke or something else to bond over.
The camping! Maybe the Captain and Pat convince Alison to set up a tent for them even when she and Mike don't intend to camp so they can sleep in a tent outdoors do camping things like sit around a small campfire and tell ghost stories (ha). Other ghosts can join them or it can be just the two of them.
I feel like even though Pat gets after him about the war being over he'd be interested in specific stories about the troops and protocols and stuff because it's so similar to scouting, and vice versa. I can see The Captain listening rapt to some camping stories he hasn't heard before. Ghosts can clearly still get spooked, so maybe noises they can't identify bring back memories of boyhood and being with friends and scaring themselves while in the woods or something. Just bonding with or without deeper romantic feelings, that's all.
The Captain slips up and says something to or in front of Pat or Kitty that he immediately regrets (maybe a comment about the handsomeness of someone on TV or in the house) and Pat/Kitty agrees with him,, maybe says something else along those lines, and rolls with it, putting the Captain's fears of anyone knowing to rest.
I really feel like ghosts and humans alike should have made a bigger deal about The Captain jumping on that bomb. Of course he's incorporeal to everything but other ghosts and couldn't be harmed, but he didn't think about that or he wouldn't have bothered to uselessly throw himself on it. He, in essence, was ready to give his life for theirs. I think that act of bravery is surely worthy of some kind of acknowledgement.
He could tell Pat about Havers in a way that Pat figures it out, and it's obvious he has, and it's just a moment of confession and comfort, whether friendshippy or shippy. Maybe The Captain clearly wants to say the truth and has so much trouble with it that Pat encourages him to say what he felt about Havers in Morse Code, because they discovered that everybody absolutely does not know Morse Code, and The Captain is able to say that he loved him that way. I think that would be a sweet and poignant moment.
I want The Captain to continue to give horrible names to things, like their Cocktail Social he called Cock Soc, and Pat to try to get him to stop with no luck.
Julian and Robin outside leaning on each other asleep was a great moment. Any excuse for the two of them to go off alone, and if they get spooked and hang onto each other, okay!
Julian and Robin arguing over chess, maybe Julian isn't quite getting his pieces to the right place or something, a little rivalry. I don't have a lot of specific ideas for them, but I love when they interact.
Julian trying to explain complicated political concepts (an exception to my politics DNW) like trick-down economics or something, and Robin cutting right to the chase, summing it up accurately in a handful of words the way he does, while also explaining why it can't work or is a bad idea with examples from his early life, all while it's as flirtatious as possible.
Kitty and Thomas bonding over her appreciation of his poetry and his sense of romance. Like him reciting new poems to her that are about her, and she gradually figures it out.
Kitty reading a steamy romance novel to him because he's curious, and the page ends before any sexual happens. He's enthralled and recites how he'd write it, and it's obvious he's flirting.
Any of the pairings I chose bickering to the point that they kiss would be great.
Anything flirty and cute between them, especially if it takes one of them a bit to figure it out.
I love the idea of cap flirting with men who can't hear/see him, like the film director. Him following someone around Button House, defending their honor to the others, admiring their skills, having a one-sided conversation, all that's fantastic.

Brand New Cherry Flavor

Boro/Lisa Nova

Canon-Specific DNWs: I know it's canon, but no eye injury/eye horror or even references to animal harm (blood kittens, guinea pig stew).

The whole psychosexual mother-figure vibe Boro gives off with Lisa is great. I'd really like a scenario where she doesn't want to steal Lisa's body, but wants her to be a companion or protege. Any level of coercion and horror she causes while in pursuit of this is fine.

Soulbonding (you don't have to call it that, though) that keeps them together even if it's completely fucked up would be fun. It can be intentional on Boro's part or a happy-for-her accident. The voyeurism aspect of it when she was there while Lisa and Roy were fucking was great too, so something like that (but not with Jonathan or a zombie) could be fun.

I also like a scenario where Boro can actually fix Jonathan and make him whole again, and Lisa sacrifices something of herself to get it done. Maybe she has to stay with Boro in exchange, the price is sex or companionship or both. Or Boro is nearly killed and Lisa has to figure out how to regenerate her and realizes she could just way away but she doesn't. Maybe Lisa does stay with her but ends up the controlling one between them.

Anything dipping into Boro's past and/or past lives would be cool. She's a fascinating character. You can go wild with the horror surrounding the plants growing through Lisa's apartment, or the return of the jaguar's spirit and its desire for revenge, if you want. Or injury aside from eyeballs that Boro heals for Lisa or others. What other entities appear to Lisa, and are they guiding her or trying to hurt her?

I like the whole healing magic thing, the sexier the better, and the constant sense that Lisa could be the one in control of herself but it also could be Boro. I'll be happy as long as they're both alive and together in the end, even if Lisa is still horrified by parts of the turn her life has taken but willing to adapt and make the best of it.

The Plant Monster

Canon-Specific DNWs: Sex.

A fix-it for Specimen 34 would be wonderful. Let it be saved, whether through mind control or some other tactics, maybe even have it help the crew somehow and interact with them without either threatening or menacing the other.

It stole tools and supplies to build a light because it didn't want to be in the dark. Maybe it steals more things and presents the crew with a gift or a peace offering? Or they provide things for it? Maybe it tries to befriend Hilbert because it recognizes him as its creator? Or it tries to make cuttings of itself to create more separate plant entities and place them around the Hephaestus station?

I DNW first person, but it would fine here in the plant monster's POV or in a journal or station log from another character (just not plain narration in another character's POV please). I think that could be a lot of fun, seeing it recognize the humans and have thoughts about them, wondering what's happening and figuring out how to survive and get what it it needs. It's okay for it be more "I'ma kill 'em all" at first and then decide not to care about the humans or try to befriend them/communicate, too.

My favorites are the four core characters: Doug, Hera, Renée and Dr. Hilbert, so feel free to throw any of them in as well. I've never requested this before, so I don't have an old list of prompts to link to or anything. Just let it live and not end up a threat or be in danger, and it'll be fun. Feel free to include any tags that don't hit a DNW.

Boondock Saints

Connor MacManus/Murphy MacManus
Connor/Murphy & Romeo

Oh man, the me-and-you-against-the-world of these two is everything. I like them rough and loud and just as they are in canon but their brotherly love just goes a little further. I like that they're as devoted to protecting each other as they are their mission, and nobody better get in the way or hurt the other.

Any other characters you want to throw in are welcome. I like them all, especially Paul, Rocco and Romeo. These aren't all the possible tags, but on a quick scan, they stood out. Any rating is fine with me.

If you want to write sex, I don't want non-con, but a 'bad guys made them do it' situation is fine as long as the bad guys don't get in on it (quick non-con groping or a non-con kiss are fine but no actual sex or prolonged contact, just enough to drive the other brother into a rage). I particularly like the 'if you won't do it, I will' flavor of 'bad guys made them do it'. As long as they get away afterward, with or without killing the bad guys, your choice. One thinking terrible things are happening to the other, or that they're dying is a-ok too and a great excuse for celebratory, thank-god-you-alive sex.

I'm also fine with just every day sex between the brothers too, a first time, how does it happen, how close have they come before, etc. or a story that doesn't contain sex at all as long as the tension and longing for it are there. I'm fine with shippy without sex, so don't worry about that.

I really loved the dream-sharing they had when they realized their mission, so any exploration of that would be good. Dealing with childhood crap together, even just hanging out at a pub drinking. I'm pretty easy as long as everybody lives and there's no non-con. Pre, during or post-canon is also fine. If you want to get the boys and Romeo out, with or without Paul's help, that would be great.

I like scenarios where one or both are in peril and one has to be the rescuer, and I really like one being hurt somehow and the other having to find and save them. I'm fine with physical violence and that kind of trauma, but please don't have either one be raped and need to recover from that. I'm okay if part of the trauma was thinking that would happen, or if maybe it's about to but the rescue prevents it. I also don't mind if one thinks it did happen to the other for a while and later is assured that it was just a beatdown, but please no actual non-con.
And one of my favorite kinds of trauma here is one thinking the other is dying or dead. I can never get enough of that kind of thing, both the anguish and then the joy on discovering it's not true, and all the strong feelings that come with both.
Any amount of whump heaped upon one or both is fine by me, let the bloody punches fly, as long as there's comfort after the hurt and no injury will be disabling/permanent. One offering himself up to be kidnapped or held hostage or something in place of the other, one just going feral in his need to protect and save the other, one bandaging the other up, such good stuff.
I'm also a fan of plain old smut. I really like the dream sharing which is kind of canon leading to something, one waking the other with sexy things. They can be established as together already or make the first moves toward it, I don't care. Almost anything is fine.
I'm also totally okay with no sex at all, just bickering the way they do with a little extra tension that makes their attraction obvious, fighting and protecting each other, rescue, whump, post-canon prison escape hijinks with or without Romeo or ay other characters, pre-canon shenanigans. As long as they're everything to each other as in the canon, it's great.
I like the idea of them getting captured by someone who wants revenge for somebody they killed, and one having to deal with the other one going first and thinking this it is, and Romeo or Rocco bringing help to rescue them. Dealing with the aftermath of one of them being badly hurt while the other was helpless is just fantastico.
Humorous moments are great too, like Connor trying to ice his balls and them ending up on the floor on the phone with their mother. When the gun went off while they sat around the table at Rocco's (though please no animal harm). Like when they were playing pool at Doc's and just fucking around. They're just a lot of fun for me.
Really anything from a day-in-the-life to bar fights to enemies finding them and any excuse for them to have each other's backs will be golden.

My favorite thing about Nick and Cody is that they are constantly in each other's personal bubble in a way that would feel awkward to most people, even the closest of friends. The whole show is like they're lovers who just haven't figured that out yet. When one sits down the other practically sits in his lap, and neither of them bat an eye.

And of course they've been there for each other through thick and thin, took care of each other in Vietnam, live together, sleep in the same room and even work together. There's only one way for them to get closer, and if you want to go there I will be on board, but it's also great if you write them getting to shippy without sex.

Feel free to include Murray if you want. I do like him being able to see that they love each other before the guys do and either doing nothing or nudging them ever so slightly towards each other. Them having to rescue him is always a winner too, or him teaming with one of the guys to rescue the other. But it's purely and & relationship. I don't want Boz romantically linked to either Nick or Cody, but he's free to have a love interest of any gender within the story as long as it's not one of them.

I'd really rather avoid a bunch of angst about being gay or bi in the 80s, but I do like when one is afraid to make it known because they worry about damaging the friendship, and the happiness when it's revealed that of course nothing could damage the friendship and they felt the same all along, yay!

I love first times for them, all the getting together scenarios, whether with just revelation of feelings or all the way to sexy times. I normally prefer getting together fic, but since the minimum length is only 300 words, I'm perfectly happy to get a scene or short fic where they're in an established relationship. I love undercover as gay/a couple, one rescuing the other, being jealous of the other, them working a case together with obvious tension, one fearing for the other's life and unable to find them, or just day in the life stuff onboard the boat. Any rating is fine, and I'd be happy with a story with Boz and/or Quinlan or one just with Nick and Cody.

Peril and concern for each other, like one getting kidnapped for some reason and the other frantic to rescue them. And if the cops think the kidnapped one is dead but the other refuses to give up and accept that, I love that kind of stuff. One rescuing the other, doesn't matter which is which, is great.
Undercover as gay is a winner here. Maybe they have to pretend to be a couple for a case and it makes them realize some things. And if they're in a hotel or somewhere and, oh no, there's only one bed, all the better. Sex isn't necessary for me to enjoy the story even in a bedsharing situation, but if you want to write, I'll enjoy it!
Being mistaken as a couple by someone on the outside, a new person they're helping with a case, and that person explaining why they thought that could be good. Someone pointing out that straight heterosexual guys don't generally sit almost in each other's laps when there are several feet of space on either side of them might make them realize some things.
PTSD nightmares and flashbacks that have the other person comforting them, particularly with bedsharing, is great. I like one dreaming of the other dying and waking up frantic to grab ahold of him to assure himself he's okay. Lots of touching, holding, grabbing, that kind of thing. They're very handsy with each other, so more of that!
One gets shot while they're on a case, and they can't get to help right away so the other has to take care of them until help comes.
In any kind of danger situation, the whole "not him, take me instead" thing is fantastic both for the self-sacrifice of it but what it does to the other person. I like a lot of angst, as long as there's a happy ending. Also a fan of one being tortured to hurt the other in a hostage/kidnapping situation where they're trying to get information about something or just revenge, as long as the hurt one is rescued before it gets too bad.
For a lighter story, maybe the guys get invited to some conference and though they have the opportunity to date a couple gorgeous women, they prefer to hang out together instead. Feel free to have Murray there, maybe he drags them to something they're not looking forward to, and end up going off alone to do the same kinds of things they'd do on the Riptide, and start to realize what that means.
Some kind of party game they get roped into participating in, like a Newlywed Game or trivia-about-your-partner type thing, where in front of everybody they basically reveal how they have absolutely intimate knowledge of each other, maybe even with one of them joking they ought to date, could be great fun.
One getting jealous over the other is always great, as long as it ends up resolved with them together.

I still love these two so much *smears hand across mouth* years later because of the friendship and love between them. They're also incredibly physically present in each other's personal bubble, so lots and lots of that will make me happy. These two were each other's beginning and end, no matter how many blondes of the week the show tried to toss in there. And it still has one of the most perfect final episodes of any TV show, for my money. I. Adore. It.

Captain Dobey and Huggy Bear are welcome to appear, so if you feel moved to toss either in, feel free! I especially love Huggy, so him helping with a case or showing up for any reason would be great.

A scene or story directly from one of the peril-of-the-week episodes for either guy works for me. One hurt, the other freaking out, rescuing, comforting and caring for him, that would be fantastic. Them dealing with trauma together and working things out. Lots of touching, teasing, joking around, anything canon-typical but with the tension cranked up to make it a definite / relationship would be super. This is such a good hurt/comfort fandom, too. I mean *gestures at it*.

Post-canon, a story showing Hutch taking care of Starsky after he's discharged from the hospital and helping him recuperate, and that leading to a new aspect of their relationship, would also be great.

I like S&H going undercover, and if they needed cops to play gay to get close to some kingpin or something, it'd be great if they realize feelings while pretending, but I also think it'd be great if only one goes undercover with the cop who's an expert on the person they're after, and it makes the other one jealous.
That prompt would work without them playing gay, too. One goes undercover with a female cop, and the other is crazy jealous. If the one not part of the couple is also undercover and around to witness the couple stuff, even better.
Any kind of expansion on what we saw on the show, like Starsky having to help Hutch through fighting his addiction after that episode is over, any kind of hurt/comfort and recuperation for either of them would be great.
In the episode where the woman they were both hot for was going to come between them, and she basically offered not to choose and for the three of them to be together, first I loved that they turned her down and walked away with their arms around each other. Maybe that makes them realize things? Or maybe they don't turn her down and give it a try, and find that they end up neglecting her in favor of each other anyway. She could point that out, even.
I'm a big fan of trauma causing nightmares that require help from a partner to get through, and these two have had their share of nightmare-inducing situations.
Being poisoned, being shot, being tortured and an intended sacrifice for a cult, ffs--write a post-ep story where the injured party has trouble sleeping, eating, or moving on and lots of comfort from the other.

Or they're somewhere meeting new people and someone mildly familiar with them introduces them as a couple, and they go with it to be polite but have to figure out why people think that and what it means.

The Endless

Aaron/Justin

I've watched this movie and Resolution enough times that you should feel free to use any characters and/or references from either that you want to. I love how the creepiness and mystery build with implication and lack of information rather than spelling everything out, so I don't need hard answers about anything plot-related.

This fandom is an exception to my DNWs of major character death (as long as they loop back so it's temporary) and self-harm/suicide, as long as it's to reset a loop.

The relationship between Justin and Aaron is fascinating and codependent, and any exploration of that will be a winner. Justin got him out of the cult and takes care of him, but he's got such strange ways of protecting him, like telling him that all the men in the cult are castrated and that Anna is a pedophile who paid Aaron too much attention when he was little. The sexual nature of so many of his lies and exaggerations make one wonder things, like maybe he's got feelings he's trying to suppress and he does so with unpleasant sexual information and references, or why else?

Was everything okay until Justin started to worry that Aaron might be interested in someone else in the camp, and leaving was partly prompted by him wanting Aaron to himself? Or did he want that and worry that Hal or someone else might realize his feelings for his brother and shame him, so they left?

A story of any rating, from just tension between them as they navigate their way through the entity's domain or wherever they happen to be all the way to sex.

I like Justin having great reasons to take Aaron and leave (I mean, it is a cult waiting for an alien/entity to take them away, and all), but a hint of his jealousy or possessiveness factoring into it makes it even more interesting to me.
Maybe Hal or someone else figured out how Justin felt about Aaron and didn't discourage him because when the cult members came of age they all shared more than beer and it would be accepted, and maybe Justin didn't want that for Aaron because he hated the thought of anyone else being with him. Maybe Aaron was jealous of Justin's relationship (innocent or not) with Hal or someone else and acting out, so they left. Maybe Aaron was supposed to be with Anna because the cult said so or something, and Justin didn't want that.
If you want to set something after the film, do they wake up back in the camp one day and have to leave all over again? Do they somehow figure out they're in a time loop that may go back even as far as the car accident? Does Justin wonder if they're dead and in some time-loop purgatory and question reality altogether? Is being out of the camp the dream and his nightmare of being stuck there his reality? Does the entity send them messages beyond the video of the cult saying goodbye?
Aaron dies in the camp and Justin has to push into the time loop premise to try to go back and save him. I know I DNW major character death, but this is an exception because we’ll assume he will eventually not stay dead and that Justin will save him and brak them out. The story can go that far, or he can get through loop once, rescue Aaron, and Aaron dies again as long as it ends with the clear indication that Justin’s going around again, and he knows eventually he’ll get it right. Alternately, Justin dies and Aaron has to save him in the same way.
Any missing scene would be great, whether between the brothers or dealing with one pining for or being jealous or possessive of the other. I thought there was amazing chemistry between Justin and Hal and ship them too. Maybe when Hal takes Justin to show him the equation, Aaron gets jealous because he thinks one or both want to be with the other. I think seeing one or both of them more jealous than was shown in the film. I don’t think Justin’s jealousy was romantic or sexual in the film, but he clearly wants to be the focus of Aaron’s attention, so leaning hard into that and taking it further into romantic or sexual desire would be great.
Maybe Aaron knows Justin is in love with him/wants him and even though they're both conflicted, he likes it and flirts extra hard with Anna (or Hal) to try to push Justin to admit it or show it more openly. Or Justin does the flirting in the hopes of getting a reaction from Aaron. They don't communicate well with words, so these things fit with their characters, IMO.
The entity likes to send them things. What if it sent Justin photos or video of Aaron having sex with someone else? Anna, or Hal, or a total stranger? Justin hides that he knows but seethes with jealousy and hurt (and guilt for wanting his brother), and when they have a confrontation about it, it turns out that the images are the fantasies Aaron has about Justin with other people plugged in. Maybe pre- or post-film the entity sends Justin video where Aaron is talking to him through it and confessing that he wants him, maybe while touching himself or something. Doesn’t Justin believe it’s real or doubt it? What happens? There are so many possibilities in this universe.
I also really like the idea that the entity makes it clear that if Justin doesn't have sex with Aaron, someone else is going to because it’s going to make that happen whether Aaron wants it or not (and maybe it’s someone Aaron’s afraid of, or dislikes). So Justin's essentially forced into sleeping with him while secretly wanting that anyway (and Aaron wanting it too, deep down), and both think the other is probably horrified, then SURPRISE, they're not (after plenty of angst, of course). This can be while in the camp, or maybe even after they’re out the entity still has a hold on them.
I like the idea of Justin and Aaron getting separated into two of the zones in the camp. They get desperate and maybe even pray to whatever force is causing it to reunite them, making promises and bargains, and maybe getting messages from the entity about what it wants them to do in exchange for being together again. One or both can know about that, and it can be anything from something fairly innocent like smoking the red dope every night for a week or revealing secrets to each other to sexytimes. I also really like the idea that the entity sex pollens them with the red dope or just mind control, and they both feel guilty afterward for a while before they realize they both wanted it anyway.
What if one has to watch the other have sex with someone else, maybe in some cult ritual where others are watching or just with the audience of one brother. It can be to entice the other to finally act, or as a punishment because the entity knows he wants his brother and did something to piss it off. Like one has to do this, but if the other one stops it and does it instead, that’s fine too. Justin in particular throwing Anna or Hal or somebody off Aaron and finishing the job seems like a good idea. Or maybe they have to have sex in front of the others, each thinking the other’s horrified (until later) but it’s that or face the entity’s wrath.
You could also build up some mythology about the thing in setting something up. Like someone else was in that position and the entity possessed them or broke their mind or tortured them or something, so they know that resistance would be futile. Even without sex, genuinely anything that will draw them together will be great.
Maybe one of them gets taken and put back without memories (for a while; I wouldn’t want that to be permanent) and the other brother has to keep him near and try to help him remember and understand what’s going on, and maybe deal with some intense attraction since the amnesiac doesn’t have those brotherly feelings yet.
Maybe the entity wants Aaron to be the decision-maker for the two of them for a while in general. What if the entity sex pollened one of them to the point he can’t stop touching and trying to have sex with the other? Or they can just get less platonic without supernatural help, one or both feeling guilty about lingering touches and hugs that go on too long, or waking up too close together.

Any exploration of their dynamic that's shippy and/or sexy with one of the tags will be great. Even with bleak themes, please end it at least hopeful with them not at odds or fighting.

An Evil story can be super dark, creepy, full-bore horror, but I'd prefer it not end dark or bleak. I like happy or at least hopeful endings.

I love Ben Shakir so much and always want to see more of his relationship with his sister Karima. Those were some of my favorites moment last season, and I'm hoping when the show comes back we get even more sibling moments.

I also adore his relationship with Kristen's daughters. Kidfic is in my DNW list, but this is an exception! Anything exploring those relationships would be fantastic.

When it comes to the three mains, anything of any rating is fine. I chose both the & and / for these three, and I'll honestly enjoy either. Canon-typical shenanigans with David, Kristen, and Ben would be great, whether missing scenes from the show or something new. I love the way they interact, period. If you opt for / it can be with or without actual sex. I like flirting, sexual tension, and heavy foreshadowing that they'll get together in the future, if you don't want to write sex.

Ben & the Bouchard Girls

Ben the Magnificent and the kids are one of my favorite things, and him being someone they trust to tell things even more, so almost any scenario that includes them would be great. Ben with all the Bouchard girls or just Laura or Lexis is fine.
I'd love to see a scene where Ben just doesn't take in the information about Leland being on a child's app in quite so much stride but instead asks more questions and learns the whole story. What does he do about it, and how does he plan to tell Kristen?
I think a canon divergence where they go to him when they realize it's Leland and basically look over his shoulder while he pretends to be one of them and records it to bust him later could be fun.
He could teach them some scientific principle or show them an experiment or something. Or help them plan some surprise for their parents.
Whether working out the bit about Leland, working on the plumbing, babysitting on an ordinary evening, helping one of the girls with a common real-world problem, discovering Lexis' tail, anything where they help each other in some way or he takes care of them would be great.
Ben needing to rescue one of the girls and figuring out how to do it, and basically being a big-ass hero.
Ben making PSA videos to show ids the fakery in scary videos online with the girls helping could be pretty neat, so a scene where they do that could be fun. Or where one or more get freaked out by a video and he demonstrates for them to show it's fake.

Ben & Karima

I adore Ben's relationship with Karima. I'm still intrigued by what the smart home device said about her baby being with the Muslim equivalent of the devil and her just refusing to discuss it with him, so exploring that could be interesting.
I'd be equally interested to see him working things out about his struggle to stay skeptical with Karima and how he comes to a decision about it, even temporarily.
Maybe Ben marvels over Karima's hacking skills in any situation, or is visibly proud of her to David and Kristen, or just them bantering over anything.
I LOVE Karima helping Ben figure stuff out. More Ben and Karima at the Super Secret Science League. That whole episode and their closeness was such a blast!
Ben telling her about the elevator game and confessing that it's messed him up, and her comforting him. I'd love to see his trauma explored a little more than it has been on the show, with her supporting him. And I'd love to see him telling her about it and her freaking out about almost losing him with them both still not quite believing it all.
Sibling high-fives and hugs! Snarking at each other! Arguing and making up! More Ben and Karima being close siblings, period.
Karima sleeping over because they're so involved in whatever mystery they're trying to unravel or supernatural thing they're trying to debunk and experiencing something unexplainable in his apartment (seeing the succubus? Finding a retainer? Thinking she sees a demon?) or Karima meeting Ben's ex who appears to have killed the spirit of her twin and giving him her no-nonsense opinion (same with finding out about the gal he slept with at the cult compound).I love them so much. Anything.

David & Kristen & Ben; David/Kristen/Ben

Anything that demonstrates the love, respect and trust between any of the mains. Like when Ben made the deep fake of Leland for Kristen, just trusting what she said to be true, and how she trusted him to do that. And how Ben works for David, not the church, because he trusts and cares about David. How David confided in Kristen about the mushrooms and how they have this thing going on between them. Anything highlighting trust and loyalty would be so great.
The season that just ended raises all sorts of possibility, and I'm totally okay if they have a threesome that turns out to only be part of David's hallucination. In fact, I really really like that idea, especially with him having lustful thoughts after while he's around them knowing what's happening at night isn't real and struggling to stop thinking about it, wanting it and taking part in it when the opportunity arises.
If you write sex, it can be 100% consensual or under-the-influence of something and I'll enjoy it either way. Just please make it natural and spontaneous without negotiations or rules or "formal" agreements, even if it's a stone-cold sober decision. No discussion at all would work, too.
I love dubcon, so it can be dubcon all day long, but please no outright noncon between these characters. However, one or more can feel guilty as if they nonconned one or both of the others, as long as that's resolved by the end.
Along those lines, maybe they're influenced by demons or some force that thinks having them all together will destroy their relationships, but of course it has the opposite effect. The devil can think that some dubcon threesome where they double-team Kristen or where David or Ben has sex with the other is going to make them avoid each other, but joke's on you, bad guy, they secretly wanted it anyway, so there.
Maybe David and Kristen could be in another scenario like at the farm and Ben shows up, and that's how it happens. Maybe he shows up in that episode, the night David and Kristen first kissed, and things ensue. Any situation like that's going to be good by me.
The three of them can also be together without any sex with just serious flirting going on and maybe the implication that things are going to happen between them eventually, whether they're influenced by something or not.
The end of the season was devastating. More insight into them comforting Kristen when she told them about Andy, how she goes to them immediately after the end of the season (because surely she did run to tell them) and how they react.
The scenes from the Demon of the Road where they're in the car, singing and hanging out and just being best friends? I love that kind of thing, so more of that would be great. Road tripping for a case, getting stranded at a motel or anywhere, whether with friendship or romantic/sexual dynamics, would be great.
I'd love to see a scene where Ben just doesn't take in the information about Leland being on a child's app in quite so much stride but instead asks more questions and learns the whole story then informs Kristen and David, and what they might think and do about that. Pick up where the season ends and take it in whatever direction you want, or focus more on a single case they had or a new one. Any situation from a dinner together to working to planning a 'yay you're not dead' party for Andy or dealing with her kids would be great. More show-like interactions is all I really need!
I'd also love to hear Ben's and Kristen's take on the magical glowing vagina-like portal (I can't help thinking that every time) that opens in the sky filled with saints in David's visions.

I love Severance so much. Feel free to include any characters.

I ship Mark/Peter pretty hard and am so intrigued by their friendship, probably because we get to see so little of it. I would love to see flashes of Mark and Petey's friendship at Lumon, how they got so close and how they got closer than the show had them get. I'd love to see anything from secret pining to stolen moments at work to Petey and/or Mark remembering bits and pieces of those things while Peter is staying in Mark's basement.

Any moments between Irving/Burt, from stolen moments at Lumon to somehow seeing each other outside it (and whether they're drawn to each other or not) would be great. Any canon divergence that keeps Burt there, or gives one of them (or both) memories outside, or even Burt being drawn in to the scheme with the rest to figure out what's going on and what the outside is like would be great. Really any moment at MDR with Irving, Helena, Dylan and Mark (or any combo--they don't all have to be in it) is something I want to read. I do ship Helly/Mark along with Petey/Mark and Irving/Burt, so feel free to lean that way if you want to!

Maybe while he's staying there, longer than in canon, Mark gets an innate sense that he's trustworthy and not crazy, and things start to develop that they resisted before.
One of them has to do the apology ritual or some other weird Lumon punishment and the other comforts them afterward.
Pete is in Mark's basement and remembers their affair but Mark doesn't, so as things heat up between them, the closer they get, the more something pushes against Mark's memory. If he doesn't necessarily remember specifics, he can come to know that something is very wrong.
Mark accidentally sees Peter masturbating at work and that starts something between them. Mark can be as conflicted at first as you want. Or vice versa and Pete catches him.
While Pete's in Mark's basement, Mark starts to remember their relationship at Lumon in flashes.
As things heat up between them while Pete's in Mark's basement, they realize how familiar it feels and the way they kiss and touch each other seems to be muscle memory, so they know something happened before.
Hurt/comfort can never go wrong. In caring for Peter, Mark starts to have feelings that seem oddly familiar and Peter reveals that they were lovers, or really anything that leads them to get together in this kind of a scenari.
Pete is in a much better state than in the show and starts running into Mark on purpose and trying to attract his attention without Mark knowing he's from Lumon, and it works. He wants Mark, and he also wants to gain his trust so he can convince him to get away from the place.
Pete tells Mark they were lovers, and Mark thinks Pete's out to scam him or something, so Peter slowly convinces him by showing him that he knows exactly how Mark like to be kissed and touched reveals he knows other non-sexual secrets and quirks he has.
Petey lives and finds Mark when his innie is at the book party and they have an emotional reunion.
Innies have to be touch-starved, so anything that plays into that would be great, whether a scene of them at work or Peter trying to make Mark remember on the outside, even just having him close his eyes and feel the way Pete touches his face or something, maybe like the first time they did anything together in the hopes it will break something loose, and it does

Really anything with them together exploring things we didn't get to see will be great.

Our Flag Means Death

Israel Hands/Evelyn Higgins

I adore this show, it makes me really happy, and I ship all the canon couples. If you really want to include another character, feel free, love them all.

And look, I don't care how you get them in the same place at the same time, but the shared level of contempt for most of humanity would bond these two in an amazing way, wouldn't it? I think an enemies to lovers story would be great with them disliking each other immediately and intensely and that turning into something hot, though I'd be happy with any level of sex in the story, from none to full-on.

I just adore her, and I think she and Izzy would like each other and she would also instantly give zero fucks what he thinks, because she's a tough one, and I love that. Her being much taller than him also floats my boat.

I don't know how the hell they'd meet, maybe Ed disappeared in search of Stede after he got over his heartache instead of breaking bad, so Izzy goes in search of him in Stede's town and meets Evelyn, or they run into each other at any point, even post-canon or pre-Stede, for some reason.
I like the idea of Izzy teaching her some sword moves, maybe to protect herself, or them committing murder together. Murder as bonding! Maybe someone's threatening Evelyn and they take care of the problem. Izzy dispatches an annoying ex or helps her to do it because he's a gentleman in many ways and can't stand men who mistreat women?
I also like the idea that when meet they can't stand each other and just insult the hell out of each other, but their arguing and/or murderous exploits lead to friendship and/or feelings.
I think Izzy has a subby side and would probably like the other to take charge when they're intimate, and I think Evelyn probably knows exactly what she wants, so I think they'd be incredibly hot together. She's just a woman who knows what she needs and knows exactly how to get it and he's a man relieved to be able to give it to her.
Maybe at some point Izzy meets her because he's been tasked with killing her as some kind of old debt or favor or something. She's clearly been up to some shit and maybe have a couple of enemies. Maybe he convinces her to use a different name and go somewhere else, but maybe he ends up admiring her so much he turns on the person who wanted her dead?
It could also be interesting if when they meet Evelyn assumes here's there pursuing a woman who scorned him and she intends to be an obstacle every step of the way, because she looks out for other women. When she finds out he's looking for a man, she can find him a lot more interesting. Of if he's there for any other reason, her making bad assumptions about him at first that give way to a less threatening reality would be great.
I DNW hitting (mostly because there's too much of it for me in most things that include it) but it occurs to me that Izzy might have a little masochistic streak in him. I mean, the damn toe and his absolute devotion and everyting. So if he enjoyed a well-time smack in the face (and a bit of a hair pull) from a powerful woman, well, who could blame him? This is such an old and beloved fandom for me. I don’t care if you choose Nick/LaCroix or Janette/Nick/LaCroix, or whether it’s set right after Nick became a vampire, during the show or post-finale.

I love LaCroix’s obsession with Nick and inability to let him go, and Nick’s love/hate feelings for LaCroix that change over the centuries. They were a family of three in the earliest years and for a very long time, and Janette was the one who brought Nick into the fold, so the three of them interacting and happy together is not only canon but something I love.

Nick and Janette were canonically a couple for years, and though the show never confirmed a threesome, the shots of LaCroix turning him are horny as hell. You can’t convince me those three weren’t sharing a single bed for a long time. If they missed out on that, it would be a travesty.

I'm not looking for Nick/Janette with LaCroix on the side, though. LaCroix needs to be a genuine part of the pairing, whether with two or three.

There’s canon ring-kissing, hand-clasping, neck-clasping, standing way too close, drinking blood from each other, LaCroix slamming Nick against things, LaCroix telling Nick he belongs to him and will never be free of him, and LaCroix angrily wiping blood off Nick’s mouth with his fingertip and sucking it. Love it all.

If at some point in whatever story you write and you're moved to write it, if LaCroix could dispense with the finger wipe and lick blood off Nick’s lips or face, or vice-versa, well, I’ll be a happy gal.

I’d love something set after Nick was turned, like how they spent that first night or two. Given that Nick was a Crusader and seemed pretty innocent overall, I doubt he’d been with a man or a woman at that point. Janette and LaCroix introducing him to drinking blood and all kinds of pleasures would be great.
I like the idea of LaCroix or him and Janette having to rescue Nick after he started to break away from them and acted like he didn’t need them. And if the guy they have to rescue him from is some hot and horny guy that LaCroix has kill and make meal of for them, and said hot guy dosed Nick with some kind of sex pollen/super vampire aphrodisiac because he wanted to have sex with him and maybe be turned into a vampire, that would be okay, too. Nick could be in terrible shape and the only way out of it is through, so LaCroix or both of them have to help him out.
A situation where Nick has to rescue LaCroix from someone set when he’s trying to break away, and he could walk away, let LaCroix die and be free, but he doesn’t, would be fabulous. There can be healing sex afterward or not, but I’d love for the feelings to be obvious in Nick saving him even though he knows it means LaCroix will keep following him.
I like the idea of Nick, during The Fix, maybe finding an actual cure that lasts longer than it did, so he loves going out in the sun, and it turns out that his sun-warmed skin serves as a vampire aphrodisiac that LaCroix can’t resist. They haven’t been together in centuries, but he’s helpless against it, and Nick can’t help but be overwhelmed by LaCroix’s reaction, so, in the wise words of Robin the Caveman, they do it.
I’d love a story set when Nick was a new vampire still reveling in his new nature where he, LaCroix and Janette had a successful hunt or successfully stopped people who would have killed them, and get so into feeding off their prey and the bloodlust it leads to joyful, primal sex right there in the blood of their enemies.
In some scenes of Nick’s early vampire life, LaCroix taught him to sense their mental bond and come to him through underground catacombs with nothing else to lead him, and he did it. Maybe part of the learning process and/or the reward could be LaCroix just sending pure desire and passion through that telepathic link and them being able to come without touching each other because of it.
When Nick’s being difficult, LaCroix openly flirting with a man in the inn of whatever village their in, then going with him to his room, makes Nick jealous enough to barge in and stop them. Maybe, if he’s young, he kills the man in jealousy, and that pleases LaCroix to no end (this would be a great scenario for him to lick the blood of that man off Nick’s lips, huh?).
I also think it’d be interested to see Nick breaking up LaCroix and his sister, and it being obvious that it’s more about jealousy of LaCroix than anything. Alternatively, you could bring LaCroix’ family into the mix and have Nick under Divia’s control in a canon divergence, and let LaCroix stew and have to rescue him. Or the aftermath of that, since Divia’s not a nommed character anyway. Any situation along those lines would be fun.
A vampire older than LaCroix shows up in Toronto and immediately desires Nick, not just in his bed but to be his bloodline. Maybe there’s a way for a vampire to steal the “offspring” of another and become their master by frequent blood draining and/or orgasms or something like that. And maybe LaCroix rescues him and has to do the same things to him to reverse the process before it’s too late.
Witches are a thing. One curses LaCroix to be human for a day or a week or something, or one curses LaCroix and Nick, or all three of them, to be human for a while. It could be funny, awkward, poignant, sexy, many things, depending on which way you go. I can definitely see Nick enjoying having the upper hand over a human LaCroix, however briefly.
Maybe in modern times near the end of the show’s run, Nick discovers that another cure for vampirism, according to some tribal legend, is having lots of sex with the vampire who turned you, so he starts initiating sex with LaCroix frequently. LaCroix knows what he’s doing, knows it’s a bogus cure that another vampire nearly as old as him put out there in an attempt to get his own rebellious vampire-son to want to lie with him again. But LaCroix’s not about to tell Nicholas about that when it benefits him so much and Nick’s mood has improved. (Maybe Nick realizes more and more that he’d been foolish to avoid LaCroix as they get closer, too.)
I know I have a lot of sex prompts, but I’d be equally happy with something shippy and more about their found family dynamics. Something lighthearted about their early and happy days together would be great, too. Nick and Janette pissing him off like disobedient children, or one of them trying some art or music discipline and being terrible at it. Maybe Janette tries to sing and is awful but they can’t bear to tell her because it makes her happy, or Nick doesn’t share her skills at painting and everything looks like a child painted it, but they keeping framing and hanging them until he puts a stop to it because he knows.

I don't have many prompts or ideas for this because I've just watched the show, but that doesn't mean I'd love a story in this fandom any less!

I love their relationship so much and was so happy when they got together. I especially love the way Marnes loved her so much he could barely keep from showing it and then how overcome he was when she made it clear she felt the same way. They're so damn adorable!

Anything at any point would be great, and any other characters are welcome to appear. I'd rather a fix-it where neither die than have a future death alluded to, but setting something before Jahns' death or even years earlier as long as there's obvious pining there would be great.

I'm also good with a scene or story set after their kiss, or a first kiss happening some other way. Really anything that has their longtime love for each other at the forefront, whether each realizes the other feels that way or not.

Dandrige captures one or both and turns them and/or has fun with them and/or "convinces" them through his vampiric control to have fun with each other while he watches. The most dubious of dubious consent it fine, but no outright non-con. I like the idea of him corrupting them and them unable to resist the pull of both the vampire nature and the sexual desire.

I'm fine with the story ending before the sex (or write a story that's not about captivity as long as it has Dandrige at least eye-fucking one or both so it's implied for the future or something) or just a PWP. Blood drinking, coerced sex, corruption, that's really what I want for these characters, not even sorry, haha!

Colin Farrell makes one of the meanest, hottest vampires around and the mix of his vicious Dandrige with innocent and earnest Charley is really something. Throw Peter Vincent with his leather, eyeliner and swagger in there, and I’m gone.

Anything here can get as close to noncon as dubcon can possible get with total resistance at first that slowly crumbles. I know there may be a fine line, so let me explain in the hopes of clearing it up. As long as the person dubonned has a whiff of “they did end up wanting that” by the time an encounter is over, I’m fine with it. But I wouldn’t want someone to curl up into a ball afterward, traumatized, because they completely resisted the entire time. I hope that helps.

I especially love the idea of Charley as Dandrige’s captive snack and staying willingly because otherwise Dandrige might hurt his family (because he has threatened to). Or Peter giving in to Dandrige whenever he wants because it’s the only way to protect the people he cares about, or just Charley specifically.
I’d like Dandrige to be as instantly attracted to Charley as he was Amy in the movie and decide to seduce and turn him instead. Charley being resistant at first and then getting into the blood and pleasure and slowly being corrupted would be great. It’d be doubly great if the same thing was happening to Peter. Maybe he wants them to be his new harem, and of course he likes it because of how much their human selves claimed to hate the idea.
Dandrige using his mental vampire powers to Peter fuck Charly (as dubconny as you want) or drink from Charley (with or without turning him) would be great. Maybe he has them fuck each other for his entertainment and to get warmed up. I also really likethe idea of him using his vampire powers to make one of them come from that alone, maybe as an act of dominance or just to turn himself on for more.
Honestly, I’d prefer it if Dandrige comes to care about them at least a little bit unless the story's just a very short scene. Maybe he has some affection for one or both because of how stubborn they are and how determined to resist even though it’s hopeless. I don’t want him to be completely callous toward them, but he can be rough and domineering.
If at some point somebody licks blood off somebody else’s mouth or face or just about any body part, that’d be great. I always pictured this as Dandrige doing it to one of them, maybe after he’s mentally compelled him to drink from the other, but Peter getting overwhelmed (or Charley) and licking blood off Dandrige’s mouth without being compelled to, that catching Dandrige off-guard and turning him so much it surprises even him, ooh. Certainly.

So many of Tom’s happiest moments on-screen have all involved Greg. He likes to show off for him, mentor him into the ways of the rich, and wants to be admired, and I personally think, desired. I know he truly does want Shiv to love him and him exclusively, and I think he does generally, canonically care about Greg and feel somewhat protective of him because they’re both Roy outsiders.

I’m not looking for Tom to divorce Shiv and marry Greg or some other happily ever after, but Tom being happy for now in their weird relationship and Greg feeling the same about Tom as he does for Greg would be great.

I want Tom to want Greg and for Greg to want him back, basically, even if they're both twisted up about showing it. Something about the idea that Tom thinks Greg just wants to have kinky sex as a means to an end, having an orgasm, and discovering that it means more than that for Greg really appeals to me.

Tom being the one touch-starved, easy to arouse and get off, saying too much would be great. Greg confessing things while drunk or drugged would be great too. We know he's a panicky high, so it fits. Maybe when he and Tom went out on the town he didn't sleep in a separate room? Maybe things happened? Really any scenario works for me, though, as long as they like each other in the end.

I'd also enjoy Greg/Shiv/Tom getting together somehow, and I'm fine if it's because they're drinking or something else as long as the regret isn't too big. If someone's getting spitroasted, I'd rather it be Greg instead of Shiv. I think pegging with this threesome would be awesome. And I'm good with Tom trying to feel some connection to Shiv while this is going on and realizing it's not there, but he's got feelings for Greg. A story with just flirting and shipping stuff without the sex is fine too!

By the way, if at any point Greg flirtingly calls Tom Nero in a natural and spontaneous way whether they’re getting intimate in the story or not and it fills Tom with glee and maybe horniness, I’ll be beside myself with happiness. That whole Nero/Sporus thing was so over the top, and Greg just went with it in his awkward way, and I love it.

Post-finale, maybe Shiv wants to be alone (and think about how she’s going to pull Tom’s nuts up out of his eye sockets) so Tom does what come natural and goes to find Greg to celebrate with him. They can interact how they normally do, maybe leaning into the lingering touches and weird statements a bit more, or they can drink and lose their inhibitions and do more than that
When Tom points out that he has a big dick and fucks like a bullet train and Greg says “prove it” (!), I’m sure he was referring to Tom’s dick size, but I’m alright with Tom proving the rest. Banter and maybe drinking and taunting one another until Tom does show him, either size or by action, would be a-ok.
I think Tom has expressed jealousy toward Greg multiple times on the show, but I also think Greg at least wants to be admired and/or wanted as at least a close coworker and friend, but maybe more. The scene in the restaurant when he asked if Tom was trying to seduce him (and Tom’s joyous laugh, oh my god) followed by the demure, shy hair tuck? It’s easy to think he likes the attention as much as Tom likes giving it. Take it further and have Tom actually seduce him at some point during the show or that night.
I really like the idea that they’re horny and maybe to the point (from any scenario or the story can start right there, tbh) of kissing and pulling each other’s clothes off, and Tom attempts to talk to him the way Shiv talks to him. I like the idea that maybe he’s so used to way they relate during sex that he’s kind of conditioned to it, so he starts insulting Greg thinking he’ll enjoy it, but Greg starts to stammer and ask why he’d say that to him, and clearly isn’t into it (I’m thinking of his reaction about the snowballing at Tom’s bachelor party but with less disgust and more hurt.) Maybe Tom can discover that he likes having sex without flinching and get totally lost in how nice it can be when someone’s focused on your pleasure for a change.
The touch-starved person comes with gentle foreplay tag is perfect for any scenario where Greg is taking his time and Tom is overwhelmed with someone touching him so thoroughly everywhere, or so gently, that he comes without them getting very far. Lots of neck touching or kissing, stroking the hair, gentle fondling (or more gentle than Tom’s used to) would be great. I just want Greg to actually take care of him because he realizes what Tom really needs. They can be drunk or high, and preferably laughing and enjoying themselves. And Greg could immediately set him at ease if he’s embarrassed after he comes and blow his mind.
I’m fine with Greg having slept with guys before, but I’d prefer that Tom hasn’t. But he can be a quick learner, and show Greg he knows how to regain control of a situation and show him a trick or two.

How about a canon divergence where either Greg ends up giving him that blowjob at his bachelor party (but without the snowballing please) and what Tom thought would just be something he could bring up to Greg now and then to tease him (or maybe a thing he planned to try to forget because he felt like it was because none of the women were interested?) becomes something he can’t stop thinking about and realizes he has real feelings, and wants to keep doing things with Greg.
Maybe right after his wedding he tells Greg about Shiv dropping the bombshell on him on their wedding night, and Greg is there for him, either just to the level of being physically close and flirty or actual sex. Maybe Tom wanted that for a long time but felt guilty because he intended to be faithful to Shiv, but now he’s relieved he doesn’t have to be.
For something non-sexual, Tom can witness Greg being a manipulative bastard or doing some sort of business deal and feel proud and turned on by how good Greg has gotten at the game. He can be affectionate and flirty in their usually way after. I also really like the idea that Greg figures out how much Tom craves being praised about anything, and does it often.
